Description

This is an iron and copper alloy battle axe. In the 1920s archeologist found this axe in the Thames river near the London Bridge. It is two hundred and twenty-five millimeters high and the blade is two hundred and forty millimeters long. The center of the object is four millimeters thick. It is from the Saxo-Norman era. It comes from the early 11th century.
